Peak inside the community garden:

The Nourished Sensitive Collective is a nurturing ground where HSPs can connect, share experiences, be themselves, form authentic friendships, and receive continuous encouragement and empathy throughout their healing journey.

🐦 Take a birds eye view.

The Collective Garden is made up of various garden areas and spaces. Each serving a different purpose, while supporting the whole.
The first stop on our guided tour is the "Community Garden"which is our main garden area. 
There are four spaces in this area:
  • 🌻 Thriving Threads: a conversational feed where we connect.
  • 🌹 Sensitive Sanctuary: a face-to-face group that runs biweekly.
  • 🍅 Vegetable Garden: a group chat to share recipes and food.
  • 🐝 The Beehive: a biweekly coworking group to get things done.
After that, we arrive in the Flower Garden, home to the sensitive soul seeking inspiration to own their gifts, and bloom authentically.
  • 🌸 Blooming With Talks: an event space for inspiring talks (like TedX, but in the garden and just for sensitive leaders). 
From there, we can make our way over to the Toolshed, where you'll discover curated tools and resources to use on your growth journey.
  • ⛏️ Garden Toolkit: find the tool you need or have always been looking for (meditations, guides, apps, quizzes, etc)
Our last stop is over in the Potting Shedwhere you'll find what you need to get your growth started before venturing into the larger garden.
  • 🪴 Seed Starter Workshops: engaginghands-on workshops designed to help you grow at a relaxed and sustainable pace.
But wait, there's one more *secret* space. 
This space is called "The Greenhouse" and it's for sensitive souls who love the community, but who need a little extra TLC and a Head Gardeners attention through personalized, 1-on-1 coaching.

What kind of support can I expect? 

We offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where members support each other through shared experiences, live workshops, and discussions. You’ll find emotional and practical guidance tailored to the needs of highly sensitive people.


How is the Collective different from other communities built for HSPs?

The Nourished Sensitive Collective goes beyond managing sensitivity by supporting HSPs in holistic wellness—embracing not just emotional health but also nutrition, embodiment, and spiritual growth. Unlike other HSP spaces focused mainly on stress and sensitivity management, this community offers a nurturing “garden” where members can explore creative self-expression, aligned values, spirituality, and gentle self-discovery, empowering them to thrive holistically. 


Do I have to participate in every workshop or discussion?

No! You can participate as much or as little as you like. We know HSPs sometimes need time to process, so you’re free to engage at your own pace and in a way that feels comfortable. The Collective is designed to be flexible and self-paced, so you can participate in ways that suit your schedule. Resources and past workshops are always available, so you can catch up whenever it works for you. And you are free to cancel your membership at anytime if you feel it doesn't fit your lifestyle.


What's a typical month look like?

Each month includes regular live “Seed Starter” workshops, 'Blooming With' workshops with guest experts, supportive community circles, new member-exclusive content, and opportunities to connect with others through forums and discussions. You can choose to join as much or as little as feels good for you! Our community is always evolving, so new offerings will be released as members voice their ideas and needs.
